At the end of a line of telegraph poles on the north side of a farm track 150 yards south of A94.
LOCKED All surface features remain intact with the green paint flaking badly. The hatch is locked but can be opened with a Scottish ‘T’ bar key.. The wooden ventilation louvres are rotting. The last telephone pole beside the post is original with an arm on the top for twin cables, there is a BT junction box at the top, the other poles are later replacements. The monitoring room door is locked but it’s possible to see inside through a small hole cut in the bottom of the door for a ventilation grille. Renaining artefacts inclde: table, shelf, cupboard, Tele-Talk, WB1401 carrier receiver and WB1410 filter unitm BT junction box/wiring, box files, cloud posters, cluster map, BPI mount, poster and two chairs.
